Ecommerce Performance Analyst

This is a chance to be part of our Planning Team as an eCommerce Reporting & Analysis Lead. Your key responsibility will be designing, building, and automating KPI reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into performance.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Create, build, and maintain eCommerce KPI reports and dashboards.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and enable self-service access to data for stakeholders.
- Analyse data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Monitor and interpret eCommerce performance metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Strong capability in working with and manipulating data, with advanced Excel skills.
- SQL experience (data extraction and querying) highly desirable.
- Experience using reporting and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics 4 or MicroStrategy.
- Ability to automate reports and build intuitive dashboards.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs, performance metrics, and digital analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment ideally retail or eCommerce.
