Job Description

You'll own the creative execution for all digital touchpoints—designing emails, landing pages, and CMS content that is visually compelling and consistent with our brand. You'll deliver high‑quality final artwork, meet role‑specific KPIs, and always work in alignment with Petstock's core values: turning inspiration into impact, building family spirit, adapting with courage, celebrating diversity, and spreading joy and fun.

What your day will look like at Petstock.

• Source relevant imagery/stock photography suitable for digital design solutions.
• Create digital assets in line with onsite activity around personalisation.
• Design and build personalized, engaging eDMs based on various audience segments within required deadlines.
• Liaise with the broader eCommerce Team to ensure eDMs are completed correctly and on time.
• Assist with Web design requirements.
• Design a range of digital assets to build landing pages, homepages, and blogs.
• Create engaging user experiences that amplify and supercharge our campaign objectives.

Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or suitable experience.
• 1 year experience in an agency or in-house digital design role
• Proficient creating optimised digital art for websites, emails, and social platforms
• Knowledge using Figma and Adobe CC, especially Illustrator, Photoshop
• Understanding of Shopify, Strapi CMS, Klaviyo and UI/UX Principles advantageous
• Strong understanding of digital marketing creative best practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people – both verbally and written
• High level of attention to detail
