About the Role
Davidson is seeking an experienced AO8 Brand Manager to oversee the creative services team.
The successful candidate will plan and execute strategies to optimize the team's performance, develop and deliver responsive and effective products and services, and support the Director in delivering outcomes using contemporary marketing and communication platforms and practices.
- Lead a team of creative experts to deliver a wide and varied scope of work against conflicting deadlines.
- Oversee and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies to create and sustain a safe and healthy workplace culture and optimize resource investment and performance.
- Build and maintain effective relationships and communication networks with content providers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the provision of specialist and strategic advice to executives, stakeholders, and other departmental representatives on complex brand, campaign, content strategy, and creative design solutions.
- Remain abreast of cutting-edge channel delivery platforms and best-practice advertising in the context of government communication and consultation.
About You
- A Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, marketing, public relations, or similar, or higher qualifications, or at least five years of experience working in communication, media, marketing, creative services, or other relevant environments.
- Experience leading and managing communication, marketing, or graphic design teams to deliver persuasive content for a digital environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with content providers and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating business development and team performance strategies, and positive workplace culture programs.
- Highly developed business and political acumen and emotional intelligence.
The Benefits
- $93.42 per hour + Super
- 6-month contract, possibility of extension

- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
