Store Manager – Footwear Myer

Brand Collective is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our team at the new Brand Collective Footwear Myer store in Chermside. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving business goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Concession team and develop a customer-focused culture through coaching, connecting, and developing team members.
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Brand Collective, using data and insights to drive growth opportunities.
- Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Recruit, select, and train team members to achieve business goals and an exceptional customer experience.
- Work towards achieving an exceptional customer experience by communicating product knowledge of apparel and accessories across the brand offering.
- Build strong relationships with the in-store Myer team to leverage sales driving, VM, and marketing opportunities.
- Concession or store retail leadership experience.
- Enthusiasm for creating unforgettable and authentic service experiences for customers.
- Familiarity with offering advice and recommendations that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident, and tailored to their needs.
- Experience with stock control and VM, with comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted.
- Capabilities in training, coaching, and mentoring team members, alongside driving and exceeding KPIs.
- Excellent time management skills.
