About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Footwear Retail Manager to lead our new Brand Collective Myer store in Chermside, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Summary

  • Cultivate a high-performing team to achieve business goals and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and foot traffic
  • Maintain operational excellence, ensuring efficient stock management, loss prevention, and a safe working environment
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the in-store Myer team, to leverage sales-driving opportunities and maximize brand visibility

Requirements

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in footwear or fashion
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain a safe working environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding KPIs
