We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team, where you'll be responsible for overseeing a residential portfolio and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Leasing properties and ensuring they're matched with the right occupants.
  • Conducting lease renewals and rent reviews to ensure fair outcomes for all parties.
  • Managing ingoing and routine inspections to maintain high standards of maintenance and repair.
  • Delivering outstanding client service and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Arrears management and other general day-to-day tasks relating to portfolio management.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong track record of property management experience, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
  • A commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
