About the Role:
- Lead and manage projects to achieve their objectives, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to negotiate critical issues, actions, and changes required for project implementation.
- Develop advisory groups and committees to foster intergovernmental relations.
- Prepare reports and other government documents, including ministerials, briefings, and cabinet submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review government policies and procedures to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure scope and objectives are undertaken collaboratively.
- Manage projects and their implementation, establishing advisory groups as needed.
- Write reports and other government documents.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of state government policies and Machinery of Government.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work under broad direction, independently, or as part of a team.
- High-level analytical skills to identify, evaluate, and address issues, and plan tasks accordingly.
Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
