Executive Officer Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Executive Officer to support the administration of a prestigious surgical education program in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, coordinate activities, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including drafting reports and correspondence.
  • Coordinate activities, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of trainees' clinical and assessment requirements.
  • Identify and assign important issues for discussion.
  • Provide advice on policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain records and correspondence.
  • Accurately report data and information to external and internal bodies.
  • Assist with budget management, scheduling activities, and coordinating hospital accreditations.
  • Support the development of processes, initiatives, documents, policies, and regulations.
  • Liaise with other specialty training boards, committees, regional offices, and government bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent administration skills with experience in an Executive Officer role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Intermediate use of MS Office Online Skills (including Teams).

About the Role:
