Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in ensuring the safe and effective preparation and use of medications. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work well within a team environment, and flexibility in meeting environmental constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts practice of pharmacy in accordance with federal and state laws, hospital policy, and procedures
  • Participates in ongoing evaluations to ensure quality patient care
  • Collaborates with patient care team members to consolidate work, solve problems, and create new methods to reduce costs
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or PharmD in Pharmacy
  • Current licensure in State of Ohio
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy law
  • Dexterity to operate a computer terminal, calculator, and other office equipment
