Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled banking professional to manage institutional, corporate and business banking relationships by administering bilateral loan services within a corporate lending portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex lending relationships with clients, handling enquiries related to cash advance facilities, overdrafts, bank guarantee facilities and multi-option facilities.
  • Facilitate and implement advanced lending transactions in systems specific to institutional banking.
  • Provide comprehensive life-of-loan support, including confirmation of credit plans, first drawdowns, prepayments, terminations and general maintenance referencing the governing facility agreement.
  • Calculate facility fees, prepare invoices, peer-review calculations and follow up outstanding payments as required.
  • Maintain accurate client records within the deal management system for audit trail purposes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Excellent attention to detail with experience in corporate loans, commercial loans, complex lending or related commercial or business banking lending products.
  • Ability to recognize and prioritize competing priorities and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Knowledge of corporate loans, commercial lending operations or syndicated & bilateral lending practices and processes is highly valued.
