Job Opportunity: Corporate Advisory and Investment Banking

333 Capital is an independent Australian corporate advisory firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and corporate finance roles for large private and ASX listed corporates as well as financial clients.

Our approach focusses on tailored client solutions with exceptional service, true independence, and dedicated senior management engagement. We are entrepreneurial in our thinking and aligned to client outcomes with a strong track record of transaction success.

Our team of experienced professionals, with investment banking and corporate advisory backgrounds, are based in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Given our growing client base, we are looking to expand the team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction execution and coordination.
  • Financial modelling and analysis.
  • Valuation and research support.
  • Due diligence management and reporting.
  • Preparing reports and sell-side documents.
  • Analysing business models and providing recommendations.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years' work experience gained in investment banking or corporate advisory within a professional services firm.
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance related fields.
  • Strong financial analysis, valuation, and research skills.
  • Ability to undertake detailed financial modelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and take initiative while demonstrating team-oriented values.
