Job Title: Talent Acquisition Expert

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading talent acquisition projects, including talent identification, sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and the ability to optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage recruiting reports and dashboards.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure diversity and equality across APAC.
  • Provide recruitment guidance and support to the leadership team.
  • Manage talent acquisition projects, including talent identification, sourcing, assessment, selection, employment branding, social media, and onboarding.
  • Review key metrics and performance measures for the region and make recommendations for enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years in senior recruitment roles with multinational companies.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, are required.
  • Exposure or language skills within the APAC region is highly regarded.
  • Strong systems experience with HRIS and ATS is highly regarded.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Business outcomes-focused leader/influencer/closer.
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Able to handle confidential information and travel within APAC.
