Finance Operations Administrator

We are looking for an administrative professional to fill a pivotal role within our finance team.
This position requires a high level of organisation and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to the finance team, including maintaining accurate records and files
- Assisting clients with their queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Working closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A strong work ethic and previous experience in an administration or clerical role
- Full working rights in Australia or be a permanent resident
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- A demonstrated commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems quickly
- A positive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a team
