Clinical Nurse Role

The Metro South Health Addiction Services are seeking experienced Clinical Nurses to join their Community Health Centres.

About the Role
  • Deliver comprehensive person-centred care using expert clinical and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate and manage complex cases of addiction clients.
  • Contribute to education, research, and management tasks within the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with consumers who have a substance use disorder within the Metro South area.
  • Provide services that support individuals affected by the substance use of others.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced assessment, care planning, and evaluation of complex Addictions nursing care and practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will also require a current registration with the relevant Nursing Board, as well as any other qualifications or certifications specified in the job description.
