Key Position: Patient Care Specialist

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a compassionate patient care professional to join our team and provide high-quality support across various hospital departments.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and the smooth running of hospital operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a certificate III in aged care or health services who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clinical staff in providing top-notch care and patient support.
  • Provide transport services using approved equipment and vehicles.
  • Help patients on admission and assist them in settling comfortably.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and shared areas according to infection control standards.

About You:

You thrive in a dynamic hospital setting, are able to adapt quickly to changing demands, and consistently uphold high standards of service and professionalism.

To be successful, you will have:

  • certificate III in aged care, health services, or care support (desirable).
  • Experience working in a clinical hospital setting.
  • A strong understanding of infection control, manual handling, and hospital safety procedures.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
