Patient Care Specialist

The Patient Care Specialist is a vital role in ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist clinical staff in providing high-quality care and support.
- Provide transport services using hospital-approved equipment and vehicles.
- Support patients on admission and help them settle comfortably.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and shared areas according to infection control standards.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Health Services (desired).
- Experience working in a clinical hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of infection control, manual handling, and hospital safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
