We are seeking a seasoned Tax Professional to lead large transactions for top-tier clients.

Tax Director - Transaction/M&A Tax

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

Client Facing Work:
  • Undertaking tax due diligence and structuring to support transactions.
  • Designing and implementing private equity and venture capital funds.
Firm Building:
  • Building relationships with existing clients or targets.
  • Driving business growth and executing on new ideas.
Team Collaboration:
  • Working collaboratively across functional boundaries.
  • Providing input to senior team members.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years' experience in international tax, M&A, or corporate tax. They should have expertise in M&A tax, general tax advisory, and income tax law. Strong communication skills, research abilities, and problem-solving skills are essential.
