Family Services Coordinator

About the RoleAs a Family Services Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
You will be responsible for creating engaging programs with industry leading programming tools, building positive relationships within the school community, and mentoring your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
You will also be responsible for rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager, managing compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about making a difference in children's lives, and have previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
A Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state and willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check are required.
