Job Title: Casual MerchandiserOverview

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for representing the company in the Grocery channel, negotiating, selling, and building displays to optimize store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in the Grocery channel, negotiating, selling, and building displays to optimize store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Store Managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • A current, valid driver's license and a safe reliable motor vehicle is essential.
  • Be physically able to lift stock for building of displays and utilize creative point of sale materials.
  • Be proficient using mobile devices to collate data and photograph displays.
  • Live within the designated area.
  • Be able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
