Job DescriptionThis is a remote position.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to work with one of our Australian clients who will be responsible to support their marketing, client engagement, and sales administration activities.
This role will focus on building brand presence, managing HubSpot CRM data, coordinating events, and producing engaging content for both internal and external audiences.Job ResponsibilitiesMarketing & CommunicationsProduce and manage company communications, newsletters (internal & external), and blog contentManage and update the company website (content, photos, news)Oversee and schedule social media content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, plus Facebook and InstagramMaintain and protect the company's brand image across all platformsEngage and coordinate with external designers, photographers, and technical professionals for marketing materialsOrganize professional photography and staging for project completion shootsDevelop written marketing content including project descriptions, sector sheets, and staff/employee profilesProduce presentations for business development activities, client meetings, and post-tender presentations (content sourced from the sales team) Manage production of the quarterly internal newsletterCRM & Sales SupportManage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring all client, project, and lead information is accurate and up to dateConduct client mapping for existing and target clientsSupport sales process mapping and lead follow-up trackingGenerate sales and marketing reports as requiredEvent CoordinationCoordinate internal and external company events, client lunches/dinners, and industry networking functionsManage the events calendar, including social, internal, and external activitiesAssist with planning and coordination of annual celebrations such as Christmas functionsMarket & Competitor ResearchMonitor industry leaders and competitors to identify best practices for social media and marketing strategiesResearch and track industry events, sponsorship opportunities, and awardRequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, administration, or a related fieldExperience in digital communications, including CRM, social media, websites, and eDM platformsProven experience in producing marketing materials and coordinating eventsExperience with HubSpot CRMAbility to support other members of the leadership team as requiredExperience managing processes such as coordinating the development of a new websiteProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) – highly desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong time management and organizational skillsReliable, adaptable, and a collaborative team playerAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionBenefitsPermanent WFH ArrangementFixed day-shift Schedule (Australian time)'Commensurate with experience' Remuneration PackageSUMO In-house & outdoor company events such as Team Building, Christmas Party, Quarterly Meet-Ups, Team Huddlecheck(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => apply(record.id,meta)" mousedown="lyte-button => check(event)" final- final-class="lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess" lyte-rendered="">
