A Senior Consultant will drive customer-centric growth by turning insights into actionable initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer and performance insights to develop delivery of new initiatives
  • Develop business cases to support identification and prioritization of growth initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to systematically identify and deliver key bank of choice initiatives
  • Implement and report on performance of key initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in Agile delivery roles with expertise in turning customer insights into key initiatives
  • Demonstrated large-scale delivery, process efficiency, change management, customer strategy and execution experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster sense of urgency towards customer needs
  • Relentless focus on outcomes and excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
