Job Description:
This role involves leading the acquisition of development sites to support Defence housing needs for Australian Defence Force members and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking complex feasibility analysis, providing recommendations to senior leadership, applying analytical and negotiation skills to resolve issues and manage risk, coordinating activities with independence while working as part of a team, demonstrating strategic thinking, project management, and strong communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Extensive experience in the acquisition of residential land for development and construction
- Advanced knowledge of planning frameworks governing urban development
- Extensive knowledge of due diligence and performance criteria of property financing
- Strong negotiation, risk management and stakeholder relationship skills
- 15.4% superannuation
