Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. This role will play a pivotal part in managing and implementing email marketing and automation campaigns to increase awareness and engagement across the Middy's Group website and digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver direct marketing campaigns across email and SMS.
  • Enhance subscriber segmentation, perform audits, and maintain the health of customer databases.
  • Conduct regular testing to refine and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and publish content across the Middy's Group website and digital ecosystem.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date website content relating to news, events, promotions, and branch details.
  • Develop and improve the internal intranet platform.
  • Implement best practices, guidelines, and processes for content management and communications.
  • Provide regular performance reporting, including opportunities and recommendations.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and ecommerce platforms, including website CMS, marketing automation, email campaigns, intranet, CRM/customer databases, and website analytics.
  • Technical experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Atlassian, and other business systems.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships across multiple departments and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing and structuring content for digital and to deliver business outcomes, both internally and externally.
  • Experience in managing social media communities and/or internal communication platforms.
  • Able to work as part of a team with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • A confident positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time management.
  • Trade and/or B2B experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
