Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Middy's digital marketing and communications team during a period of growth and expansion. We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to develop and implement digital marketing strategies across our website, email, and intranet platforms.

The Role
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and implementing email marketing and automation campaigns to increase awareness and engagement across our website and digital ecosystem. You will also be responsible for the ongoing development of our internal intranet platform, with a focus on cross-department collaboration and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver direct marketing campaigns across email and SMS
Enhance subscriber segmentation, perform audits, and maintain the health of our customer database
Conduct regular testing to refine and optimize campaign performance
Provide support in developing and publishing content across our website and digital ecosystem
Maintain accurate and up-to-date website content relating to news, events, promotions, and branch details
Develop and improve our internal intranet platform
Implement best practices, guidelines, and processes for content management and communications
Educate staff on the effective management of our intranet platform and develop a collaborative environment
Manage support requests and feedback, ensuring timely responses and action
Provide regular performance reporting, including opportunities and recommendations
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Requirements
4+ years' experience in a similar role
Proficiency in digital marketing and ecommerce platforms, including website CMS, marketing automation, email campaigns, intranet, CRM/customer databases, and website analytics
Technical experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Atlassian, and other business systems
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships across multiple departments and key stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in writing and structuring content for digital and to deliver business outcomes, both internally and externally
Experience in managing social media communities and/or internal communication platforms
Able to work as part of a team with excellent verbal communication skills
A confident positive attitude and a growth mindset
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Time management
Trade and/or B2B experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
