Customer Service Representative Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in our Launceston location. Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
  • Greet customers upon arrival and keep them updated throughout the repair process
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with our service
  • Manage communication via phone and email
  • Assist with inventory management (parts, paint, consumables, etc.)
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repair updates
