Adult Family Violence Support Worker

This role is a key member of a professional team providing services to adults, children and young people affected by family violence.
About the Position- Deliver specialist services to adults, children and young people impacted by family violence in line with best practice principles within a collaborative framework.
- Work effectively with adults, children and young people having complex needs applying appropriate intervention models including developmental needs of children and young people.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of family violence and its impact on adults, children and young people.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills allowing for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to exercise professional judgment and initiative working under general supervision seeking guidance as required.
