**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused team member to join our retail team in the Cafe area. As a Retail Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure a visually appealing store display.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrate a passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Have basic math skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting stock as required.
