Job Overview

The Customer Excellence Group works with customers to achieve business outcomes by providing guidance that accelerates their success.

As a Technical Consultant, you will work with customers to drive consumption, adoption, and satisfaction, helping them grow their business on the Service Now platform.

You will be a key member of an expert team, configuring applications, workflows, and UI while using customer-centric interpersonal skills to work in culturally diverse, matrixed project teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, presenting concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Configure Applications, Workflows, and UI.
  • Work in culturally diverse, matrixed project teams.
  • Identify customer use cases, requirements, and other relevant inputs for overall deployment success.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we need someone with strong technical understanding of Infrastructure and Operations Management, coupled with demonstrated experience in influencing and consulting.

  • Experience and Certification in at least 3 of the following Product areas: Service Now Administration, IT Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management.
  • Expertise in ITIL/CMDB implementations, In-depth knowledge of ITSM Processes, Strong Infrastructure knowledge of current Compute, Network, and Storage platforms, Advanced and current understanding (and practice) in Windows Domain and Unix System Administration.

A degree or equivalent in Information Technology and proven experience in technical consulting roles are required.
