Client Services Coordinator
About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our client database, collating client packages, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collating client packages and preparing documents for clients as needed
- Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Performing general administration duties to support the accounting team
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
