Job Description

A fresh opportunity has emerged to lead flagship communities on the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project launch and delivery, encompassing design and planning submissions, coordination of project initiation, marketing and sales processes, contract management, financial planning, risk assessment, and customer experience enhancement.
  • Foster cross-divisional collaboration to maximise overall profitability through leveraging mixed-use capabilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for various aspects of the sales and marketing process.
  • Promote sustainability and support the delivery of a community and environmental shared value proposition.
  • Continually monitor market and competitor activity to maintain competitiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree qualified in a related field with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and an adaptive leadership style.
  • Solid background in residential development, project, planning, cost and risk management expertise, and development industry knowledge.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, commercial acumen, and significant forecasting and financial management.
  • Customer centric focus with data analytics and insights to inform decision making.
