We’re now on the lookout for a Regional Activation Specialist who will have a key focus on developing community partnerships, collaborative practices, building and managing business development activities and creating new and maintaining existing ongoing employer partnerships. In turn, the aim of this role is to create ‘Work like activities" and sustainable employment outcomes for disadvantaged and vulnerable local communities/customers in our wider Sunshine Coast region.

The position will create positive change through employment initiatives by empowering our regional and local communities/customers through leading consultations and delivering employment strategies and projects.

**About You**
- Proven local knowledge in identifying community needs and developing community employment initiatives and partnerships
- Experience in managing operational budgets and delivering on targets
- Come with strong problem-solving skills, be a self-starter with effective time management
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with IT and ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of all computer systems
- A Current and valid Driver’s Licence and Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is also required prior to commencement.
