Legal Expert Role

As a Legal Counsel, you will play a critical role in providing proactive, commercially focused legal support across a broad range of matters. This includes reviewing marketing materials, advising on compliance with Australian Consumer Law and the Spam Act, and supporting the management of trademarks.

You will be a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, helping to shape communications that are both legally sound and aligned with our brand and customer promise.

The ideal candidate will hold a current practising certificate and have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, either in a law firm or in-house.

A background in telecommunications, technology, or consulting for regulated entities is highly regarded.

The successful candidate will be collaborative and pragmatic, with a strong understanding of consumer and competition law.
