**Senior Commercial Lawyer Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly experienced senior lawyer to join our dynamic in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and commercial law, with excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

The role involves providing expert legal advice on complex commercial matters, including contract negotiation, drafting, and dispute resolution. You will work closely with our top-tier Senior General Counsel to develop and implement strategic business solutions.

As a senior lawyer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading international companies in complex commercial disputes
  • Negotiating and drafting contracts for import/export of materials
  • Providing intellectual property guidance and support
  • Developing AI and digital capabilities
