The Role
You'll join a team of experienced, highly regarded Commercial Lawyers and Specialists, working on a diverse range of matters for long-term SME clients. The role is ideal for someone who's comfortable working independently and confident in client management - but who also values collaboration and knowledge-sharing with senior peers.
Your work will include:
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Commercial leasing and contracts
- Shareholder, partnership & joint venture agreements
- Employment law matters
- Business succession planning and related estate/probate work
You'll have control of your own files, the freedom to run matters your way, and access to senior lawyers who are approachable, supportive, and invested in your success.
- No micromanagement - you're trusted to do your job
- Strong pipeline of interesting, quality matters
- Senior lawyers and Specialists on hand to collaborate with
- Attractive remuneration and clear progression pathway
About you
A Commercial Lawyer with 4+ years PAE who is confident managing a variety of business law matters independently, with
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- A team-oriented mindset and the maturity to work autonomously
