Senior Commercial Lawyer Position

Broad in-house role for a senior lawyer to assist with dispute resolution, legal functions and commercial contracts.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded lawyer to join a dynamic team as in-house counsel. You will work alongside a highly respected Senior General Counsel and be involved in managing relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Assist with the development and management of dispute resolution and legal functions
- Contribute to the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial contracts and agreements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in the commercial legal field, either in-house or for a strong law firm. This broad and challenging role offers substantial responsibility and opportunity for growth.
The company operates globally with offices in cities around the world and thousands of staff in Australia. It assists Australians in regional and rural areas across various sectors including commercial, supplies, services and insurance. The company requires top-tier or mid-tier background lawyers who are interested in litigation/dispute resolution roles.
