Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analysis Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive business analysis and identifying business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough business analysis and identify business needs
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements and establish business objectives
  • Design and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Develop detailed business requirements outlining problems, solutions, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of new processes or changes
  • Develop and manage project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
  • Ensure risk and compliance adherence while escalating issues as needed

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within the Superannuation sector
  • Profound knowledge of business processes related to Superannuation including product changes, digital transitions, SFTs, mergers, legislative changes, operational processes, and investments
  • CBAP or similar certification would be advantageous
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and best practices within the Superannuation industry
  • Experienced with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc)
