Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced business analysis expert to join our team. As a key member of our consulting group, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their strategic objectives by developing and implementing effective solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience working on complex projects and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. You will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and facilitate workshops with project stakeholders.

The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, prioritizing tasks according to key deliverables, and adapting methodology/approach in accordance with project needs.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to compliance standards and uphold the values of our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in business analysis, preferably with a focus on insurance or superannuation industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Visio
