Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Business Analysis Specialist to join our team in shaping the end-to-end client onboarding experience.

This role involves playing a key part in defining requirements, analyzing data, and ensuring seamless, compliant, and optimized onboarding journeys across multiple regions and regulatory frameworks.

About the Role
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements for onboarding features and flows
  • Capture regulatory requirements from various jurisdictions and ensure they are embedded in onboarding journeys
  • Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of workflows and processes

The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis within FinTech, strong understanding of risk, electronic verification, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements. They will also be proficient in documenting workflows, writing user stories, and producing acceptance criteria.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work with product managers to translate business objectives into clear, detailed requirements for onboarding features and flows
  • Process Mapping and Documentation: Document 'as-is' and 'to-be' onboarding workflows (signup, KYC/AML, appropriateness test, deposit)
  • Data and Insights: Analyze onboarding funnel metrics (signup conversion, KYC pass rates, deposit rates, first-trade conversion rates)
Requirements
  • Experience: Business analysis within FinTech
  • Skills: Strong understanding of risk, electronic verification, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements
