We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Fitness Mentor to join our team at FindTutors.
As a part-time Online Personal Trainer, you will design personalized workout plans, offer real-time guidance, and motivate clients through virtual sessions.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary duties include conducting fitness assessments, creating tailored exercise programs, and providing ongoing support to help clients improve their strength, flexibility, and overall health.
- Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand clients' goals and preferences.
- Create customized workout plans that cater to individual needs and abilities.
- Lead engaging virtual training sessions, offering guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback.
- Maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and celebrating progress.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- No previous experience required; however, a strong background in fitness and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Basic knowledge of the subject taught is necessary for effective coaching.
You can expect:
- A flexible schedule allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK.
- The possibility of working online, enjoying a remote work arrangement.
- A competitive hourly rate between £20 and £40 per hour.
