Sales and Customer Support Professional

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our sales office in Nar Nar Goon North, southeast of Melbourne CBD.
We are seeking a motivated individual to support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Administrator/Support professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting all stages of the sales process and contributing to the delivery of agreed enquiry conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to sales and after-sales enquiries, providing guidance and support to customers.
- Contribute to sales activities, including pre-qualification, follow-up, meet-and-greet assistance with qualification, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures, and controls to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key internal and external stakeholders, enhancing Stockland's leadership position and reputation in the industry.
- You have an interest in working in the property industry and developing your career in sales.
- A strong face-to-face customer service background working in a sales support or administrative role is essential.
- You are eager to learn, grow, and develop with a career in Stockland, able to multi-task, manage your time effectively, and demonstrate initiative.
- Experience in high-quality administrative tasks and technology savvy is required.
- You will require reliable transport and a full driver's license.
