Estimated Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

Job Description:



  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director for our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the daily operations of the program, ensuring alignment with our school's objectives and commitment to high-quality programs for students.
  • The OSHC Manager will work closely with our Deputy Head of Malvern Campus and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies, strategies, and procedures that support the growth and development of the program.
  • This is an ongoing, part-time opportunity based at our Malvern Campus, requiring a flexible approach to working hours and staff management.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to model and live our school values and behaviors, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture and environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating OSHC programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, encourage, and support teams to foster a welcoming and safe team culture and environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A current First Aid Certificate Level 2, Anaphylaxis training, Asthma training, or willingness to obtain these qualifications.
  • A Working with Children Check or registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
