The Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Manager plays a pivotal role in setting up and managing this program. Reporting directly to the Deputy Head of Malvern Campus, this position requires leadership, vision, and the ability to deliver engaging programs while driving continuous improvement.

This exciting opportunity is based at our Malvern Campus and offers a competitive base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, plus 12.5% Superannuation. The OSHC Manager will work part-time hours from 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm, with extended hours during holidays, and enjoy four weeks of paid leave during term time.

Key responsibilities include developing a curriculum framework, liaising with the marketing department, and promoting the new program to CGS families. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring OSHC staff, ensuring compliance with school policies, and providing high-quality programs for students.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field, as well as experience in developing and implementing OSHC programs. You must also hold a current First Aid Certificate Level 2, Anaphylaxis training, and Asthma training. A Working with Children Check or registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching is also essential.
