We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Coordinator - Youth and Family Services to join our team. As a key member of our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality activities for children aged five years and below, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
The successful candidate will possess a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or Diploma Out of School Age Education and Care, with relevant experience in OSHC or vacation care programs. You will be required to hold current First Aid Certificate Level 2, Anaphylaxis Certificate, and Asthma training.
As an Education Coordinator - Youth and Family Services, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating stimulating and diverse programs tailored to the developmental needs of children attending the service
- Maintaining program resources effectively and ensuring the program venue remains tidy and well-maintained
- Establishing and applying appropriate guidelines that promote positive behavior
- Contributing to the development of individual student records, both written and verbal, under the guidance of the teacher
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate and collaborative team, while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for our students.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum + 12.5% Superannuation
