We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Educator to join our team at C&K Arlington Drive Childcare Centre.

Job DescriptionThis role offers the opportunity to work in a close-knit community, creating a safe, engaging, and fun play-based environment where every child feels valued and embraced. As an Educator, you will guide and inspire children to become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.
About the RoleWe are looking for someone who is passionate about achieving long-lasting outcomes for children, their families, and the community. You will be working alongside a supportive team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making everyone feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's growth and development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
