Service Coordinator

Ensure efficient delivery of home services across the Central Coast/Hunter regions by providing exceptional customer service and scheduling support.

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Scheduling/rostering experience in a similar role within Aged Care/Health Care setting preferred\
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills\
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support clients, their families, employees and stakeholders\
