Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to fill a key leadership role within our team.

Role Overview:

This Branch Operations Supervisor position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our depot, delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily depot operations, including vehicle preparation and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues.
  • Provide training and support to new staff members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field (desired).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
