Job Title: Senior Mine Production Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mine Production Manager to lead our mine production team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans that meet our operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement weekly, monthly and quarterly production plans in line with operational targets.
  • Supervise the stope design process and subsequent drill and blast plans to maximise recovery and minimise dilution.
  • Develop, implement and record mine information to ensure safe and economic target delivery.
  • Reconcile mined plan versus actual to identify improvement areas, along with End of Month reconciliation & claim.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications In Mining Engineering, Or a Related Discipline.
  • Supervisory or Management Training completed.
  • WA First Class Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency.
  • Substantial underground engineering experience, with exposure to all production phases, preferably gold.
