About the Role


As a Senior Management Accountant - Business Partnering Focus, you will partner with non-finance teams across various departments to support financial decision making.


You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports including financial analysis & commentary.


Conduct financial modelling, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting to support key initiatives.


Provide financial insights to support senior leadership in achieving long term objectives.


Requirements


You must have a CPA/CA qualification, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent, and at least 4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on business partnering.


Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value add insights is essential.


Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial data to leadership are required.
