Prevention Education and Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Prevention Education and Facilitation Specialist. This role will involve delivering high-quality education sessions that build capability in work health and safety, psychosocial risk management, and injury prevention.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience delivering facilitated sessions in WHS, health, education, or related field, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt delivery to audience needs.
- Deliver engaging and inclusive sessions using appropriate facilitation techniques
- Contribute to the development of new training products including webinars and elearns
- Represent the team in session delivery settings, promoting evidence-based practices
