About the Role:

  • A skilled Kronos Certified Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Kronos configurations, retail store solutions, and workforce integration manager.
  • Expertise in Kronos functional configuration building blocks and their deployment using SDM and PTM.
  • Proficient in PL/SQL programming, Java, J2EE, UI technologies, and Oracle-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Kronos reports development, and service release upgrade tasks.
  • Detailed understanding of Kronos database tables and views.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and configure Kronos systems to meet business requirements.
  • Design and implement Kronos reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain Kronos database tables and views to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
